• RC PDF — Vehicle Registration Certificate download
• DL Print — Driving License document printing
• PAN Card — PAN card application and e-PAN services
• Aadhaar Services — Aadhaar-related document services
• Ration Card — Ration card download and verification
• LL Exam (Apply) — Learner's License exam application
• Other government-related document services

All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We act as an intermediary and are not affiliated with any government department.

5 Payments & Wallet

Our services are paid and require wallet balance:

• All payments must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable (except for service failures)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law
• Minimum recharge amount is ₹10

6 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under specific circumstances:

• Service Failure: If our service fails to deliver the document, 100% refund is provided automatically
• Invalid Input: If you provide incorrect details and the exam fails, refund is processed
• Duplicate Payment: Any duplicate payments are refunded within 7 business days
• Non-Refundable: Successful service deliveries are non-refundable

7 User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our services

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, is the property of InstentWork and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

InstentWork shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions due to technical issues
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Government website changes or downtime
• Accuracy of information provided by users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Suspend service for emergency fixes
• Discontinue any service with 30 days notice
• Modify pricing with reasonable notice

11 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• You provide false information
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any pending refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
